Enticing consumer to take the final step and make the purchase constitutes a consumer promotion program.  Develop a consumer promotion campaign utilizing one or a few of the following promotions.  Explain what the promotion looks like.  How will consumers find the promotion, how will it be executed, how will the promotion be redeemed.  Remember:  Details.
